Terms and Conditions

§1Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all agreements between le’Chef GmbH i.G. powered by Cannasolution GmbH (hereinafter the "Provider") and the user (hereinafter the "Customer") regarding the use of the le’Chef app and the related services.

By registering or using the app, the Customer accepts these Terms.

§2Subject Matter of the Agreement

The subject matter of the agreement is the provision of the le’Chef cooking app with AI-powered recipe generation. The Provider makes the following services available to the Customer:

Access to the le’Chef app (iOS and Android)
AI-powered recipe generation based on entered ingredients
Storage of recipes and favorites
Premium features depending on the selected package

§3Formation of the Agreement

The agreement is formed when the Customer registers in the app or on the website. For crowdfunding packages, the agreement is formed upon successful payment.

The Customer receives a confirmation by email containing all relevant contract details. Premium access is unlocked at launch via the email address given during payment.

§4Prices and Payment Terms

Current prices are shown on the website and in the app. All prices stated are final prices in euros; no further costs are incurred.

Crowdfunding Packages

• Starter package: 18 € (one-time, 4 months of LeChef PRO)
• Supporter package: 38 € (one-time, 4 months of LeChef DELUXE)
• VIP package: 78 € (one-time, 4 months of LeChef PRESTIGE)

After the supporter period ends, access automatically switches to the free FREE version; a paid renewal only takes place if the user actively takes out a regular subscription (LeChef PRO 4.99 €/month, DELUXE 9.99 €/month, PRESTIGE 19.99 €/month).

Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe using the available payment methods (credit/debit card and SEPA direct debit).

§5Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Notice

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (le’Chef GmbH i.G., Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz 6, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, E-Mail: widerruf@lechef.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

§6Usage Rights and Obligations

The Provider grants the Customer a simple, non-transferable right to use the app for the duration of the contractual relationship.

The Customer undertakes to:

Not use the app for unlawful purposes
Not use automated access or bots
Not decompile or manipulate the app
Not disclose access credentials to third parties

§7Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations.

The AI's recipe suggestions are intended for inspiration. The Provider assumes no liability for allergic reactions or health complaints that may arise from preparing the recipes.

§8Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Frankfurt am Main, provided the Customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
